Another shot of my fan-art-model of Man-E-Faces.
It IS fan-art so liberties have been taken. The gear all over his head allows his face to morph rather than spin. In my fan-fiction origins of him, the face change is dependent upon his emotional state, and he eventually learns how to control it to his benefit. The monster gives him rage and strength, and the robot gives him focus and precision.
